Forest and his Friend Leaf - Branded Book Trailer

Forrest and his Friend Leaf - children’s book trailer

THE MISSION

Little Friends, it's a small start-up with the mission to bring creative and fun educational methods for children and homeschooling families, the founder came to me with a need to promote their first children's book product and also put their branding in motion.

SERVICES

I handled the whole direction, animation, and editing, while the client provided the artwork from the book as well as some custom illustrations I requested for the animation.

THE OUTCOME

To achieve this we decided to create a branded book trailer, that has the homemade, real, and crafty feel that the brand wants to evoke to its audience, the idea was to have a video that represents them while also being functional as a standalone video ad asset to promote the book.

THE IMPACT

The client had a say on every stage of the process and was really responsive, which led to the project going really smoothly, requiring only a couple of small changes near the end of the project. The client was really happy with the result and will be using it as part of their promotional material and brand strategy.
